Kelas Ibu Hamil

Kelas ibu hamil yang diadakan RSIA Harapan Bunda setiap hari Sabtu pukul 09.00 bertempat di aula lantai 2.
Program ini dapat diikuti oleh ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan diatas 26 minggu yang tidak mempunyai indikasi patologis atau kehamilan normal.

Program ini bertujuan:
1. Melatih pernafasan
2. Melatih persendian
3. Sebagai relaksasi
4. Mencegah sungsang
5. memperlancar

in the very first day of 2014, i feel so blessed... 

i thought that i'm gonna be alone during new year.. but it was a big no :)

after church on dec 31, 2013 with my fam here we had an unforgettable moment from new year eve till dawn... hahahaha... 

and thank God, I still have my first church in 2014.. and have my first sbux coffee with my brand new sbux planner from my sister... what a love day.. 

the day not over yet.. while i want to take a nap, my fam picked me up and again we spend the new year day together... thank you guys.. thank God..
